Shipping costs depend on several factors:
- Size and weight of your package
- Destination (domestic or international)
- Service type (Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, etc.)
- Additional services (insurance, tracking, etc.)

You can track your package in several ways:
- Visit our Tracking page and enter your tracking number
- Use the USPS Mobile app
- Sign up for Informed Delivery® for automatic updates
- Text your tracking number to 28777 (2USPS)
Your tracking number is typically 20-22 digits long and can be found on your receipt or shipping label.
Regular Mail Delivery:
- Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No regular delivery on Sundays (except for Priority Mail Express)
Package Delivery:
- Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday delivery available for Priority Mail Express and Amazon packages
Delivery times may vary by location and mail volume.
You can change your address online or at a Post Office:
Online (Recommended):
- Visit our Change of Address page
- Verify your identity ($1.10 fee)
- Complete the online form
- Receive confirmation
At Post Office:
- Fill out Form 3575 (Change of Address)
- Bring valid photo ID
- Submit form to postal clerk
Mail forwarding typically begins within 7-10 business days.
To rent a PO Box:
- Find a location: Use our Post Office locator
- Choose a size: Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large
- Bring required documents:
- Valid photo ID
- Proof of address (utility bill, lease, etc.)
- Complete application: Form 1093
- Pay fees: Box rental fee + key deposit
PO Box sizes and pricing vary by location. Contact your local Post Office for availability and current rates.
Current Stamp Prices (2024):
- Forever Stamp: $0.73
- Postcard Stamp: $0.56
- International Letter: $1.55
About Forever Stamps:
- Always valid for First-Class Mail, regardless of price changes
- Can be used for letters weighing up to 1 ounce
- Available at Post Offices, online, and many retail locations
